OVERVIEW:
Using mediation which is a gentler and more cost effective method of dispute resolution than litigation, I help resolve disputes allied with the multiple problems that arise from the breakdown of marriages and relationships akin to marriages.

I also help resolve family problems.

Whereever possible, I encourage reconciliation between two parties in conflict.

Mediation preserves relationships even after divorce.


THE BEST INTERESTS OF THE CHILD:
Protecting the wellbeing of the child is the priority of the issues that the Mediator helps resolve. Access and parenting plans are devised with the full cooperation of both parents.

FEES:
A mediation session is 2 hours, and is charged at R 400 per party per hour. There is a one-off R 400 case management fee per party. Each mediation session is payable 24 hours in advance of the session.

BA - UNISA
BA Honours - UNISA
LLB - UCT
Two accreditations in Mediation (Charles Cohen)
